Step 1:
Get your free quote
Less than 60 seconds. We just need:

Step 2:
Your relocation coordinator is assigned
This is where we’re different.
You get one person. Not a call center in who knows where. Not someone different every time you call. One coordinator who knows your name, knows your vehicle, handles everything.
They arrange pickup in Toronto. Set up delivery in Calgary. Answer questions. And when we say answer questions, we mean actually answer them. Not transfer you six times til you give up.
Step 3:
The inspection
(this part matters)
Before your car leaves Toronto, a detailed inspection is conducted. We walk around the vehicle with you. Check everything. Document it all. You sign. We sign. No exceptions.
Why? Because that sick feeling when something goes wrong and you can’t prove what happened? We get it. We’ve been there. That’s why we document everything now. Twice.

Step 4:
Preparing your vehicle
Wash the car
We know, we know. But we can't inspect what we can't see through the mud and salt.
Personal stuff
Check everywhere. And we mean everywhere. Under seats, trunk, glove box, console, back seat. Even that emergency kit you forgot was there. Everything out. Including snow tires, people always forget those. And don’t forget that MACPASS or toll pass.
Shut off alarms
All alarms should be shut off. If there are any special start or disarmament instructions, make sure to notify your carrier. On occasion, failure to communicate these kinds of instructions can lead to a drained battery, which is no picnic for any party involved.
Remove extra items
Storing personal items may result in non-compliance and ultimate removal of these items during inspection, unless additional forms have been filed. Personal items can add to the overall weight of your vehicle, which could cause damage or added fees.
Electric vehicle shipping
For electric vehicles, please leave the charger in the car and ensure it is 80% charged at pick-up.
Antennas down
Lower them or remove ‘em. Most just unscrew, stick it inside the car during transport.
Remove accessories
Bike racks, spoilers, bug shields, those tonneau covers on trucks. If it's not bolted on permanently, take it off.
For EVs
80% charge minimum. Leave the charging cable inside.
