Reindeer Logistics, an industry leader in domestic and international vehicle shipping and logistics services, is pleased to announce that Debbie Boyce, CEO of Reindeer Logistics, was nominated for a prestigious list of women in logistics published annually by Global Trade magazine.
The 10 women were nominated by readers and chosen by the magazine’s Publisher and Senior Editors based on responses to a qualifying questionnaire. The nominees were evaluated based on topics such as spearheading major initiatives, fostering a positive and diverse workplace culture, and demonstrating success.
With 40+ years of automotive and logistics experience, Boyce was selected because of her servant leadership style and vision to move Reindeer beyond traditional vehicle relocation and into a strategic partner across the vehicle lifecycle. But she was also highlighted for her ability to lift up other women in a male-dominated industry. More than half of Reindeer’s leadership team is female. And she’s created a workplace culture of inclusion, partnership, and professional growth.
Boyce said, “I’m honored to be featured alongside such a group of talented women. I’ve always been passionate about ensuring a great customer experience, understanding our clients’ business, and driving solutions that fit their needs. And I’m happy to be part of the women who share these same goals to shape the future of logistics.”
