Reindeer Logistics, an industry leader in vehicle shipping and moving services, is happy to announce the promotion of Randy Sparks to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he will oversee all the company’s financial resources and departments.
With more than 25 years of experience in logistics and finance, Sparks began his career as an auditor for accounting firms, Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen, focusing extensively on manufacturing clients. Most recently, he served as VP, Finance at Reindeer where he was responsible for compliance, treasury, accounting and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Reindeer, Sparks worked for Carrier Corporation for nine years, starting in their Controllership group and moving to FP&A. During his time in FP&A, he supported warehousing operations and freight for all North American manufacturing plants. His experience also includes seven years at KYB Industries, a global automotive supplier, where he was the Controller and Deputy GM. He managed the expansion of the manufacturing and warehousing facilities as well as a large ERP implementation and launch of several new products to support large-scale Japanese automotive OEM operations.
In his new capacity as CFO, Sparks will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies in support of critical business needs. His expertise includes financial management, business strategy and process improvement.
